Cultivating (and Measuring) Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity at Work

In this research, we examine how DEI practices have changed since when we last surveyed HR practitioners in 2017 about these areas. And we compare practices of high-performing organizations (HPOs) to all other organizations to understand how they are cultivating and measuring inclusion, belonging, and equity.
