Evolution or revolution? Re-imagining remote work

The past year has made clear that it's not only feasible to work from home, but it can also be just as productive as being in the office. And the benefits extend to employers: they’re able to readily access new talent pools and grow the diversity of their workforce.But remote work also has its drawbacks, such as lack of social interactions and difficulty in maintaining engagement. As businesses prepare for a new way of work, it's time to assess what’s working, and plan for the future.
