The JHRS-IWNC Employee Engagement Survey 2012
In many organizations, employee engagement surveys are conducted on a regular basis which are then followed by action planning and implementation of agreed solutions and recommendations. However, organizations often find it difficult to validate actual "impact and change" resulting from these employee engagement surveys.
In this regard, The Japan HR Society (JHRS) together with IWNC are conducting this survey amongst HR professionals at global organizations in Japan.
The purpose of this survey is to measure the employee engagement levels for the participating respondent companies. The survey will then further explore correlation between employee engagement enhancement and their organization's performance (financial, operational, etc.) in order to measure the possible "impact and change" of employee engagement initiatives to the bottom line.
Please consider helping us assess the current status of employee engagement in Japan and its effectiveness to the organizational performance by participating in this survey. The survey takes 15 minutes or less to complete, and your answers will be treated confidential.
