Yamato Damashii
大和魂 refers to the “Japanese spirit” of old. But how about Yamato Damashii大和魂 of tomorrow?

If Japan were to redefine her spirit for the global era, what would she hold onto, what would she let go of, and what new spirit would help her in today’s world?



JOIN US in person and be part of an action-oriented dialogue to help define “Japan’s New Global Spirit” for the immediate future and beyond.

This action-dialogue will be moderated by Ms. Annette Karseras, Editor in Chief, The HR Agenda magazine and Mr. Clive Tanaya-Bloomer, Principal, People & Change Advisory, Bloom Investment Ltd.

FOCUS
  1. To exchange best practice ideas between Japanese and international HR management practices;
  2. To help realize the "change vision" for a more global mindset; and,
  3. To facilitate overseas business entry and management.

もし日本がグローバル時代における自分達の精神を再定義しなければならないとすると、これまでのうち、何を残し、何を捨て去ることになるのだろう。今日の世界で勝ち抜くにはどのような新しい精神が必要となるのだろう。

 

ぜひ行動志向の対話にご参加ください。近い将来、そしてさらに先の未来に向けて、今私たちに必要な「日本の新しいグローバル・スピリット」とは何であるのか、ともに話し合いましょう。

対話グループ参加者と関係者が各グループ(国/産業/経営陣レベル/会社サイズ/その他)に分かれ、それぞれがグローバル市場におけるビジネスに特有の問題点を共有し、共有した洞察や問題に対して何が出来るのかを考える。
